As a deeply empathetic and nurturing individual, I have always felt a profound calling to support others in discovering their strengths, values, and goals. I consider it a privilege to create a space that welcomes vulnerability and courage, where I can learn from the incredible individuals I have the honor of working with and support them on their therapy journey.
I, too, am human, and I have personally experienced the challenges that arise in our fast-paced world. I wholeheartedly believe that therapy is for everyone, regardless of the size or complexity of their hurdles. It is an innate opportunity to invest in your well-being and sense of self.
During our sessions, we can explore your innermost thoughts, overcome obstacles, and nurture your growth. Your well-being matters, and I am here to guide and support you every step of the way.
My therapy approach.
My counselling style is relaxed, conversational, and person-led. I offer a warm, gentle, intuitive and supportive approach to therapy, while also using humour, storytelling and creative therapies where it might feel right for you. Therapy with me will feel conversational, natural, and warm - just like talking to a good friend. I wholeheartedly believe that therapy is for everyone, and that there is nothing too small to talk about. In session with me, I like to guide the client while also taking a back seat with curiosity, creating a safe space to open up.
As your therapist, I work from a non-judgmental, strengths-based, and trauma-informed perspective.
I draw from an integrative framework, combining various therapeutic approaches, including:
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
Schema Therapy
Psychodynamic Psychotherapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Humanistic Therapy
Compassion-Focused Therapy
CBT-E for eating disorders, and more.

“Courage doesn’t happen when you have all the answers. It happens when you are ready to face the questions you have been avoiding your whole life.”
